- Professional advisers (such as legal, accounting, or auditors) where needed
- Authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security
Data retention
We will retain your information as long as you have an active account and as long as your information is reasonably necessary for us to retain. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, except where we must keep limited records for accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
In the event of your request to do so, we will remove your account information from our systems, subject to those limited retention needs.
Data store and security
Data is primarily retained within the European Union (Finland). Your personal data you provide may be stored, processed, and accessed by our staff and third parties that provide us services.
