YOUR USE OF AND ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES AS DEFINED BELOW ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER. PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.
A&S Soft Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “A&S Soft”, “Kueon”, “we”, “us”, or “our” within these Terms), the owners of Kueon, welcome you to our Service, Kueon. By using the Service, you are contracting with A&S Soft Pvt. Ltd. for the product itself.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We use reasonable effort to inform you of changes to these Terms. However, continued usage implies consent to these Terms. You may also choose to reject these Terms or revised terms. Rejection is at your discretion; however, rejection means that you will no longer be able to use our Services and does not guarantee a refund of any prior payments for Service.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy and the handling of your personal data are important to us. We maintain a separate Privacy Policy that you can find on Kueon’s website.
Merchant of record and payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns for paid purchases.
Paddle processes payments, calculates and remits applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax where required), issues invoices and receipts, and manages billing-related support for transactions. Payment method details are collected by Paddle, not by A&S Soft Pvt. Ltd.
For payment, billing, tax, renewal, and buyer checkout terms, the Paddle Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
Who can use our Services
In general, our Services are available to individuals 13 years of age and older. Per our policies, we do not knowingly allow children under 13 years of age to create or maintain an account with our Services. Nor do we solicit our services to those under the age of 13. We reserve the right to revoke and remove accounts that violate this policy at our discretion.
By agreeing to our Terms, you warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract. If you are not of legal age, then you agree that you received direct permission from your legal guardian who has agreed to the Terms on your behalf.
If usage of our Services is prohibited for you by governing laws to which you must abide, then you are not authorized to use the Services.
To use our Services, you are required to provide accurate identification, contact, and (where purchasing) payment information as part of the registration or checkout process.
Your participation in the Services
You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential, for yourself and on behalf of all users tied to your account. If you become aware of security breaches or any activity that puts your account and our Services at risk, you agree to inform us immediately of unauthorized use and malicious activity. A&S Soft Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible nor liable for any loss or damage as a result of your failure to maintain secured account information.
Misuse
Intentional misuse of the Services and systems will result in immediate account suspension or termination, at our discretion. The following are examples of misuse: unlawful use; fraud or spam; attempting to access accounts, computers, or systems that are not owned or managed by you; overloading system resources; preventing other accounts not owned or managed by you from accessing our Services; interfering with others’ networks, systems, computers, or services; using materials, systems, properties, or services that you do not have legal privileges to access or use, such as copyrighted or other intellectual property; providing fraudulent information; probing, scraping, or introducing malware; or any other activity that is illegal or harmful to our customers or to our Services.
Intellectual property
A&S Soft Pvt. Ltd. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the software, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any of our IP to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted by us in writing or by applicable law.
Service availability
We aim to keep Kueon reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Features may change, and temporary outages or degraded performance may occur.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, yearly, or otherwise agreed) until you cancel. Fees, taxes, and payment timing for purchases made through Paddle are as shown at checkout and governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
You agree to provide accurate and non-fraudulent billing information and to keep it up to date via Paddle’s customer tools where applicable. Past due or failed payments may result in service interruption. Any additional fees you incur from entities outside of A&S Soft Pvt. Ltd. or Paddle are between you and that outside entity.
Account cancellation
You agree that you can cancel your account at any time. Cancellation will result in a final account termination date equal to the end of the current billing cycle in which the act of cancellation falls. Your account will remain active until the final termination date.
Upon account termination, we will retain account data-including products, competitors created, and any resources collected during active usage such as pricing and changelog items-for 14 days after account termination so that account information is available if you wish to renew your subscription within this 14-day grace period. After the 14-day period, account data may be removed at our discretion and will no longer be accessible. However, we will retain some customer account information for accounting records and to recognize returning customers.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. We may also suspend access while investigating suspected misuse.
Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds for paid orders are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. See our full Refund Policy for how to request a refund, including via paddle.net.
Limitations
In no event shall A&S Soft Pvt. Ltd. or its suppliers be liable for any damages that arise out of the use or inability to use the Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, profit, or services due to business interruption or otherwise.
You agree that any claim or cause of action against A&S Soft Pvt. Ltd. must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose or forever be barred. If claims arise due to your activity, or a customer of yours’ activity, then you agree to pay any damages awarded against A&S Soft Pvt. Ltd. and legal fees incurred by A&S Soft Pvt. Ltd.
Warranty disclaimer
Neither we nor our licensors or suppliers are responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright, compliance, legality, or decency of content accessed through our Services. Products and services purchased or offered through our Services are provided “as is.”
These Terms are governed by and will be construed under the laws of Nepal, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled in Kathmandu, Nepal.
